Jeff Blair
Lead Pastor
Jeff has been the pastor of Locust Grove Free Will Baptist Church since 2002. He is married to Jennie and they have three children: Keith,
Jackson, and Julia. Jeff was ordained in 1999. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Randall University in 1999, an M.Div. from
Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2002, and a D.Min from
Northern Seminary in 2018.

caleb Milling
Pastor of Students and Family
Caleb joined our staff in 2021. He and his wife Callie have two kids named Sadie and Tucker. Caleb graduated from Welch College in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in General Christian Ministry. He was ordained in 2018. Caleb oversees our student ministry which is for 7th-12th graders. He also works to help us cultivate a Biblical church family.

Amanda Estes
Director of Children's Ministries
Amanda joined the ministry team in late 2018. She oversees the 412 Kids, children ministry which is children birth-6th grade. She also manages the social media accounts for the church. Amanda has been a member of the Locust Grove Free Will Baptist Church since early childhood. Amanda is married to Jerrod. They have two children named Rylee and Ethan.
